I need motivation

Someitmes, the laziness happens due to lack of wholesome food. Eat more of greens, vegetables, vegetable salads, do not drink too much of coffee and also, if possible, add some outdoor physical exercise (walking, jogging, running) into your daily routine.

Get relaxed as well as forget your work for few days then start again...

go off for some days, dont think about work or anything, go enjoy life, take your time,
while doing so you will feel you need to work again- i mean if you are passionate about what you do
and u will come back with a calmer and stronger mind

Your post is a bit too nebulous to give any specific response to. Low motivation could be caused by a multifarious amount of internal or external factors (could be medical, psychological, environmental, etc.)

Lots of good answers in this thread, but I think we could help you more if we had some more details. Btw I've felt it myself, so I know exactly where you're coming from. I think we all arrive at that point in our own unique ways though.

But just some general things I'd look at and ask yourself to start with:
  1. Are you working out consistently? If not, start now.
  2. How's your diet?
  3. Have you gotten some bloodwork done to see if you have any aberrations in vitamins, hormone levels, essential fatty acids, or anything else that could be causing deleterious effects physiologically and mentally? Testosterone (for men) and thyroid hormone levels are 2 crucial hormones for our optimal physical and cognitive functioning. Vitamins B12 and D3 are also imperative and easy to check as well as easy to rectify if needed. Same with omega-3 fatty acids.
  4. Have you lost interest in everything, or just this? If it's everything, it could signify something a bit deeper. If it's only your internet ventures, maybe you just need to put your focus onto learning a new business skillset for a while or even consider a career change if something else has your interest that you think would make you happier/more motivated.

In my opinion MOTIVATION is only a short term thing, now if you develop a habit to do productive things consistently that is where DISCIPLINE comes in to play. Of course you need to have healthy 6-8 hours sleep, reduce fast food, sodas and exercise man!

Excercise daily and I guess yo didnt earn enough money to keep you motivated so earn tons of money which will keep you motivated

Take a break and do some travelling either in a group or solo. Travelling & exploring a few places, enjoying the nature, finding new friends would get rid of all the stress and it worked for me.

This is too complicated to even start with.
with a lot of respect to others here, this is really now the place to ask for something like that.
