The main problem I see is that it wouldn't be able to enforce rules such as Mass PM, or sell if you are not jrvip.

Thats fair, what about reddit? If its all about having complete control then I get it. But if its about growing the community that would be more beneficial and then you could push all the new members to the blackhatworld.com

Yes, he has, and I could easily cite all those banned profiles, just as @blogmen could. But everyone perhaps deserves a second (third, forth, x-th) chance on this (almost) eternal forum, and I exposed him previously already, so won't do that again.

This time around he's a bit more careful though, for example not posting pointless comments in certain journey threads . So there is a chance this account will last a bit longer than the last three did. Some patterns are still the same though (like opening this kind of thread to inflate post count & reaction score). Hence I give it one month tops this time.
