Thinking about selling my site ..

Hey Guys!

I'm considering selling one of my websites, It's a temporary email service.
I've spent a lot of money on development and still building along the way, releasing the IOS and Android app within two weeks.
I've done little marketing, marketing side has been neglected just to focus on development .
It receives 40-60 visits per day, When I had Adsense up it was earning 2-5$ per day (4-6 clicks). With great traffic it has the potential to earn greatly .

My problem is, I've spent x amount on development and I'd be looking to get something reasonable, do I have a chance?

I ask this as there is currently no revenue (I Removed adsense) , would a buyer pay XXXXX amount for something with no revenue.

Highly unlikely you'll get 5 figures.
Someone can hire a developer and get it done for cheaper. Web assets are mostly valued based on their revenue and in rare cases for the brandability.

Buying a site is like buying a business. Most people like to buy sites based on monthly income. If the site is getting 10% CTR and $2-$5/day with limited traffic, then you should've promoted it with ads to make more money. You can then show this data to the buyer and sell the site based monthly profit estimates. It's difficult for other people to trust such a project based on your projections.

At 2-5 per day its $60-$150 per month, so I think you could get something between $1800 (30x @ $60/m) and $6000 (40x @ $150/m) for your site

I think your price point is a bit unrealistic, as stated in previous posts someone can hire a developer and get this done cheaper.

As LuckyGamble said, $1800-6000 would be a good mid-range price for your website.

I don't think anyone will pay you XXXXX amout for only 40-60 visits per day

We had a blog which had around 3k visits per day and earnings around $1.5k per month and on flippa it was sold for $15k only. (a year income)
So considering your website stats (5$ /day * 30 = $150), it would be around 150* 12 = 1800$

This is maximum amount, which is also very high, but I suppose this is maximum, you can get.
