Weekend thread! How do you unwind after a particularly horrible week.

I run a business where material delivery is absolutely critical and people lose their shit and in some cases their jobs when the material does not reach their location on time.

This week was absolutely insane and i need suggestions on how to chill the F out.
What do you guys do? Any suggestions?

I can understand your situation. If incase deliveries are commonly delayed, is it possible that you've not been providing more accurate delivery timeframes ? Analyze the deliveries done so far and then readjust the delivery time frames accordingly, so that you would get lesser of this issue and hence lesser tension about it.
