You have to look for a freelancer on the spot to create it for you and you need ip addresses really associated with a router; all the residential ips you find around are actually easily detectable by sites as proxy services.
Obviously super authentic documents; for transactions they are very fiscal, when you have so many volumes they tend to ask for a lot of information.
Do you have many micro transactions or few but large volumes?

You don't have to be a UK resident. Open a personal account with your real details. Then you can open accounts for euro, pound, dollar, yen, ruble. My paypal account was attached to a pound account, now I created a new paypal with euro account on wise. It's easy as that.

Never accept PayPal unless you are selling a physical product which is physically shipped AND you as a seller get a trackable proof of shipping & trackable proof of delivery. It is as simple as that nowadays.

Account info:
1- Created on my father's details.
2- I used a $3/m UK proxy from iplease io (they claim it's a virgin IP but I'm not sure).
3- I've bought a UK sim card and used it on my other phone.
4- Average transaction amount was $15.
5- No chargebacks.

It lasted for 68 days. Hopefully, I did withdraw my money before the limitation.

I thought the problem was about the descriptions (like "kryssluck from bhw, semrush account, moz account"). So I told my customers to leave descriptions blank but here we are again. 2 people forgot and wrote a description but I don't think that's the issue. How can they know that my services are against their tos?

Second thing - use shoppygg and specify the product as "fee for event attendance" or something like this.

You can actually create Paypal accounts on proxy, VPN or even dynamic IP. you can create it even on the same name, but avoid having UK or USA Paypal accounts.

Try Europe Paypal account. Register on any smaller country with any address, and once they require you to send you documents - SEND YOUR OWN DOCUMENTS, but don't upload same picture that you sent previously. Europe is unique, Paypal don't store you image, they only store metadata of your image and if you upload the same file - they will see and reject it.

IMPORTANT - register as a business. and start by sending payments that charge your credit/debit card. then slowly move to get money. getting 100+ money in the first day is red flag. Dont ever send money as friends and only sell through platforms.Good luck.

See the screenshot posted, "products / services in violation of PayPal policies". Nowadays as per PayPal, all non-physical virtual digital products are illegitimate.

So, for anyone feeling lost with Paypal -

1) Register as business Paypal in any small European country (doesn't have to be a registered company right?)
2) Use any address in that country
3) Virtual bank account in Euro
4) Phone number of that country (or any country will do?)
5) Send your own documents when asked for verification.
6) Build transactions slowly

That's it?

You only use PayPal if your business model and your personal infos are 200% legit, pure whitehat.

Otherwise don’t.

Even legit/legal business such as drop shipping or selling t shirt trough PayPal still your account has a risk for getting banned.

Conclusion, don’t ever use PayPal like ever.

Payoneer, Payeer, Stripe, 2checkout, crypto and other better alternative out there. But most seller/buyer are just too lazy to change the habits.
