in your Wordpress dashboard go to woocommerce > settings > emails

look at "new order"

is there a check next to new order and does the recipient email match the email you want it to be sent to?

i checked already everything is right but not receiving email confirmation

Test using a different email from a different provider like outlook for the new order emails to be sent to. Gmail could be blocking emails from your domain.
