Why can't I open BHW without VPN?

So I'm using bhw from almost a year now but I can't open it without using VPN?

Is it blocked in my region?

I mean, ISP's do what they want. Check with them and see what's what. They may have a blocklist or something. They could turn it on and off everyday if they wanted.

It is possible. Some big things are also happening there politically so may be related.

It happens to me on Firefox but not with Chrome (not blocked but keeps trying to login indefinitely).

Pretty strange though. Many other sites that share alot of cracking, hacking, Combos stuff are still working without VPN.
