I have made 6 months of quality content + captions with researched hashtags and I'm struggling to make followers.

I'm doing follow/unfollow, like on comments of competitors and also comment on posts.

It's been 4 days and I gained 60 followers only.

Any tips on how to grow ?

60 Followers in 4 days isn't that bad. That's like 480 followers per month. Keep doing this and post content that can go viral and you should start seeing a lot more growth

4 days for 60 followers is extremely good for a 4-day page. Some of my biggest pages with millions started with such a pace. Stay consistent and you'll be great. I always stop F4F on theme pages right before 100 followers, then I just let the content do the job for me.

Try a different niche you know a bit about and are interested in or have multiple niches that are popular. Follow as many as possible even sometimes randoms to gain more followers also.

Assuming you are using a brand new account, the numbers you stated are good. Once your account gets older, gets more followers, credibility etc people will be automatically more interested in your content and you will start getting a better follow back ratio + you will start to receive organic traffic. Just be consistent man, nothing beats consistency.

They force you to paid ads I will try this for 6 months and see what happens because I got posts scheduled so there's not alot of work to do

IG is nowedays all about pay to grow, Organic reach is not for everyone and many don't find luck with it. But with Consistent Posting and F/UF, You will grow but it's a relatively slow and stable process if you want to grow in 100s a day, F/UF will help you to gain max 30-70 a day.

Post more, Optimise your targeting, Try to find accounts which resonate more, Make sure the accounts are smaller and high quality as you don't want bigger accounts which may have more chances of fake followers.

60 followers in 4 days is a start, it could be worse, at least your not banned
or shadow banned, just keep plugging away slowly but softly.

Yes, keep it steady. Your account could get flagged if you are growing too fast.

and a shadow ban for good measure .
