Losing her slowly

I would tell her that you are tired of eating dinner alone. So next time she goes out with him, she better invite you.
then peep vibes.
if you dont get the invite, huge issue bro. communication is important. you have to be a man. she might be just be testing you. (women do that)
if you dont get the invite, or if when y'all are out together you get funny vibes.

I would forwardly let you know, that you aren't comfortable with her spending some much time with other guys.
dont take excuses. or explanations. I wouldn't even look at her messages.
she may resist a little at first. say you should trust her, put of some kind of fight.

let he know that as a man, you are trying to comfortable and confident about sharing your feelings and insecurities, and that everyone has them.
let her know that when she has issues, or feels some type of way, you are always willing to adjust your behavior because you care about her. If doesn't feel the same way about you, or being able to have dinner with some dude from work 3 times a week is so important to her that she is willing to sacrifice her partners well being, that she isnt really being a partner, and she can go date that dude, and you and her can be the ones have dinner 3 times a week.

You got two options here, start doing the same thing. Tell her you met a new girl and yall just going out on friendly dates or just dump her

never mate guard
start talking to other girls
she'll get jealous and come back to you
or not and you both move on
heartbreak sucks but think of how much more focus you'll have for internet marketing

We are being in a relationship for 3 years ,we arent married yet but we have plans of getting married. But recently she started spending time with a new guy who just joined the office ,she is saying its just friendship.I'm confused
I think you are in friendzone right now.

He is dropping her home late night and she is going out for dinner with him.she says he is just a friend
You are not yet married. Forget her and move on and don't look back. It's part of growing up prior to getting married, etc.

Sound like a fellow red pill man, great advice right here.

Honestly, if you're unhappy with the situation (Which you should be) and if it's serious to YOU, I recommend drawing a line and giving her a choice. Let her know that you don't want her to be eating dinner with another guy and that it makes you unhappy. If she chooses to keep hanging with the other guy and is okay hurting you in the process, walk away.

Aside from all the red flags, you are giving her the best possible scenario for HER. She can still be "with" you while checking out other options. You need to make it known that your love and time is not unconditional and that if you aren't shown respect you deserve, you're willing to walk away from the situation for YOURSELF

~

Reverse the roles quickly: If you came home late with another girl eating dinner and your current gf got upset, would you continue hanging with the new girl against your current girlfriends wishes or would you sacrifice that option to keep your gf happy? Would you even do that in the first place? In what scenario would you ever actually do that?

My guess is throughout the relationship, you never firmly drew your line or stood your ground and simply "tolerated" issues, which is what I've been guilty for in almost all my relationships. Your line gets tested everyday and when you never hold your ground, you finally end up in a situation like this. It's NOT your fault things ended up like this and her actions have more red flags than a Chinese communist party.

However, at the end of the day, whether or not your current relationship works out, take action and make the best choice for YOURSELF. Would you rather slowly "endure" this "relationship" (which is a passive and lame way for a man to be) or take action and take the risk (the man way) of potentially ending the relationship, letting her know you're unhappy with the situation, and are willing to walk away from her if she chooses not to comply?

Get your power back as a man and make the choice you know you need to make despite the risk. If she doesn't respect you, she belongs to the streets. There's plenty of fish in the sea and even though it'll be hard, the faster you get rid of a bad fish, the quicker you'll find a great girl who would never even THINK of doing this to you.

Time is a fake source of value and it makes it hard to walk away, so here's a good strategy: Every day you should reflect and ask yourself "why did I get in this relationship in the first place?" If the relationship isn't giving you what you wanted and you let her know AND she isn't ever going to change, it's pretty obvious you should walk away right? Goodluck

Instead of posting this here you should be having dinner with a new friend and letting her know that you can do it too. She might think it’s ok till your coming home late and have a hot new chick hanging around

chances are you will either break up or she will get mad at you to the point you can look her in the eye and be like sucks doesn’t it, don’t wait up.

then she will either ditch the guy and focus on you or you end up getting a better gf

He's bending her over in the bathroom stall on lunch break. Better move on.
