Are you offering that free of charge to the OP?I can write this code
Im sorry i dont understandAre you offering that free of charge to the OP?
You said you can write this code. What do you mean by that? Was it just an informative statement that offers no value to the OP, do you plan on offering your services in exchange for a fee or doing it for free?Im sorry i dont understand
Precisely my point. You can't do that unless you have a proper membership - you're Jr VIP / Marketplace Seller or Premium Member and the post is in HAF, WTB, or your own Sales thread in the marketplace. As i work as a Web Developer. I use wordpress as platform so i think i will ask for fee to do this job. Sorry

Doing so anywhere else (or without a proper membership level), including PM would result in an infraction. Consider this your only warning that there are rules here and everybody follows them. I suggest that you go through the rules

We have never stopped anyone from providing help for free. We encourage that. The next logical step will be to warn anyone who gives free help because is not a certified helper, backed by a BHW paid membership.
"threatening"? It was anything but that. It was a kind reminder that there are rules that must be followed.I know that without rules will be chaos, but threatening someone with a "warning" just because they saw a possible opportunity to make some money, it's pathetic.
Sorry that you see it this way, but when you registered, you ticked on the box that you agreed with the rules, just like everyone else. We're here to reinforce the rules.So. If someone sees an opportunity, is not allowed to pursue it because BHW is not paid to allow him to do so. I'm sorry but this is ridiculous given the fact that we are part of an open community and WE made BHW what is it today.
You can help anyone in the community for free. There are some rules to protect both buyers and sellers. If the mods let anyone to just open an account and start selling products and services, then the trust of entire community will go down. These rules are for the benefit of us all. Some members seek even stricter rules to avoid scammers.So. If someone sees an opportunity, is not allowed to pursue it because BHW is not paid to allow him to do so. I'm sorry but this is ridiculous given the fact that we are part of an open community and WE made BHW what is it today.

"Offering mentoring" Yep, that would be the reason. Mentoring isn't allowed on the forum.Aand that would be a lie. When I offered one guy to help with his knowledge I got a weird message from the mod and 2 point warningfrom that time I have never helped anyone anymore here on this forum.

To play Devil's advocate, he can argue that he was going to help the guy for free."Offering mentoring" Yep, that would be the reason. Mentoring isn't allowed on the forum.
Thanks for response, and I agree with the mods. The shit list section is a reminder not to trust randos. To play Devil's advocate, he can argue that he was going to help the guy for free.
However, I doubt that anyone who lets getting a minor infraction on an internet forum break their altruistic spirit had much of one to begin with.
...I received an odd, yet cruel infraction, and 'twas from that moment onward, I never helped another soul again... ~Jeepy, March 21, 2018
So melodramatic.
Anyway, let's all go back to the topic that the OP started with this thread.
@Deadlight, what elements of that theme do you like the look of? Whenever I'm trying to find a theme that looks similar to another one, I always take those specific elements into consideration. For example, if I wanted a theme that just had a similar layout, I would look for one that uses a blog as a homepage that alternates the positions of the header image and the text snipped. The rest of it (i.e., the colours and the CTAs) can be added in either through the use of plugins or manually if you're able to. If you let us know what elements of the theme you like, we can more easily find a similar theme for you.
