My video is pure content and it took 1-2 days to make a single video, the only " blackhat " method i used is buy a few reddit upvote then let crowd effect do the rest

Ok algorithm stop boosting after 6 hours, but it gains steadily 2k views/hour, pretty good for me, this is the first time the more views i get, the higher my CTR increased LOL. Algorithm often boost my video to 3-4k views then stop and my CTR go to hell like 2.5-4% only

You need to look at metrics like CTR, watch time, and engagement from a different perspective.
CTR=Cover . Watching time = retention rate . Engagement = interest
Refresh your video before evaluating these metrics.
Fresh frame = content not abused
A high-quality video is a fresh video that has undergone YouTube filtering not only for the content but also for the frame of the video.
White-hat-style YouTube requires you to know the hurdles that you can pass through YouTube filtering while creating content one by one delicately like a craftsman.

Ok i get it, unlisted that doesnt related to current niche will remove watch hours so my total watch hour is under 4k right now which is stupid, why the hell everyone in youtube want u to delete/unlisted old videos? It may remove monetization

Yes, all the action count as engagement, but for youtube they have a different value.
For example a share is more valuable than a like for yt.
The average view seems low. What’s your total length for the video?

yep that's why i said external shouldnt be too much, still need organic views from youtube to make algorithm start
