i have seen a lot of websites being mirrored by another website copy & paste same content , but all of the copy website have one similar thing they all have this orange arrow hit.gif in the bottom of the website andwhen u click on it it redirect to this website liveinternet.ru
BTW how i can do that too

my website is also being mirrored. i would like to know if there is any solution for that...
i tried cloudflare bot fight mode, hotlink protection, ip block, and JS redirect.. but none of these methods worked.
even my hosting provider cant do much about it :(

i could block them completely but it's not easy and pain in the as* try using I'm under attack mode , if not work
you will create new post with unique url after that create firewall rule like that
> uri path > equal > the post path you created > action = block after that you'll try to access that post using mirrored domain and you'll get log in cloudflare contain domain ip , do not block ip they have multiple hosting but block ASN number after few times he'll give up on you , worked with me 3 times

Contact IANA or ICANN:

1. Registrar: Using WhoIs, you can find the domain provider. Then contact them. https://whois.net/
2. Contact ICANN: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/abuse-2014-01-29-en
3. Contact IANA: https://www.iana.org/domains/root/db/ru.html
