Hey guys , i have a question for you please .

i currently have three websites and i already listed one for sale on flippa .

i listed it multiple times .

this website has made around 1000 usd over the last 12 months it's ranking for some keywords but the incomes of it is dropping these last months it made around 150 usd during last 5 months .

i really don't want to keep this website but it has multiple articles and i will soon need to renew hosting plan and domain .

somebody on flippa offered me 800 usd

what do you think should i do ?

Take it and move on. You are unhappy with it already, better to get it off your head.

Do you have any idea what generated that drop? Is there anything you can do to improve the rankings again? $150 split into 5 monts results around $30/mo (+/-, I suppose the earnings are not equal, each month), so with the general calculation rule, 30x$30 (monthly income)= $900. The $800 offer is ok.

In this position, you can take the money and reinvest in something new, or try to improve the site to the old earnings value, and maybe get a better offer (but you have to do extra investments, in the hosting and domain name renewals + other tweaks).

I think you should take the offer and use the money for another project. Sometimes we get emotionally attached to a particular project and we lose the sense of when to dispose of them.
