Instagram Shadowban on All Accounts... any help please?

I got all my IG Accounts shadow banned... didnt bot or anything.. even the new ones I have registered on a new device, different name but similar pictures dont get any new followers or reach.

What can I do there? Does anyone know an Instagram Consultant or shares a contact with? I really need help!

I know this is such a hassle but there is no way you can un-shadow-ban yourself. Just learn and move on, create a new account perhaps. Instagram has officially denied the fact that they shadow-bans. So, even if you reach out to their customer support, it's not going to work for you.
Move on and don't repeat the same mistake again. Use proxy servers while managing multiple IG accounts

Shadowbans are not permanent. Stop creating new accounts with same pictures and footprints, that will make things worse for you.

Give rest to accounts for 1-2 weeks after that sign in anew and post unique and original content it will surely boost your reach.

Here are some reasons that you could have gotten shadowbanned.

1. The accounts get reported for violations
2. use of banned hashtags
3. use of bots or services that violate IG rules
4. Abusing daily and hourly limits of liking and commenting

it’s not necessarily a shadowban. Engagement rate went down a lot since they updated algorithm back + Russia is banned from using IG that means a good pool of millions of engagement isnt here anymore.

Like everyone says, wait a week or 2 or with one of the accounts post a few pictures organically and see if it comes back after about 10 post... Or pick up for that matter.

Yeah I did.
So making complete new pictures and using a VPN might help? I have an business Internet Provider with fixed static IP. Might a VPN help here?

so I think new pictures + new phone and VPN might help?

shadow ban can run for a few days or weeks, wait a while
if the ban isnt removed. ditch the accounts and start again
its the same for us all.
