assuming you have good source of valid cards. in theory u can hire a freelancer to make a browser automation bot to do it all. he would need to be smart as i imagine theres decent security checks done throughout the process.
if u dont trust a programmer to do it for u. u can download browser automation studio [free tool shared here, google it] or learn python-selenium [watch an hour of youtube tutorials you will see it's not very hard to learn basics] to write a browser automation script too.

its not carding, I just want to create multiple accounts for myself and add my cc's to them, thats all. And would do what you mentioned, just hoping there's a tool already ^^

no tools like that. way too niche. 99.9% of people only have 1 PP. keep in mind you likely need multiple emails, hq proxies, addresses, who knows. im not in this niche but i imagine if you try multiple accts w/ same name+ email + address + IP + browser footprints you will run into roadblocks fast or have these accounts locked since it's all against TOS.
just consider time cost-benefit here. how many accts do you need made. how long will it take to manually do that. writing a bot with 100% good logic will take few days of labor, maybe week+ assuming you have 0 prior knowledge.
It's related to reselling, so not too niche considering how many other providers are in that niche. Pretty much like a gmail account generator and there are tons of tools for it, so was hoping to find one for Paypal accounts as well

if such a tool exists it is private. perhaps find people doing these sales and propose to buy it off them.
these ppl usually have a coder splitting the revenues or are coders themselves. these things must be constantly updated. and generally not for sale because why would they invite competition. if not tool assisted automation, they hire cheap VA overseas to do all the clicking.

I haven't found one person selling legitimate Paypal accounts though, which aren't cracked. If anyone does I'd be more than happy to buy them ofc
But transferred to my previous example with the Gmail generator, it would mean that there wouldn't be such a tool. Needs to be updated consistently as well, yet there are still lots of different programs for it

i would say 99% of those pp accounts are phished, or cracked.
theres 101+ gmail/outlook/email acct creators because very little security goes into making them. and demand is high.

Doesn't make any sense. If you're not looking to do anything dodgy why not just go to their website and open an account? Officially you can have only 2 accounts: 1 personal & 1 business account, you don't need generator for that. Also, you may want to read this, just in case.
Yea thats the sad thing.
And the Paypal security seems pretty much the same to me: use a proxy, (possibly) captcha and verify by sms, then confirm the email. Or am I wrong about that?

i can see this being a worthwhile endeavor for legitimate online businessmen who are pushing high volume on paypal and are at their mercy of having account put on hold any time, and consequently their entire business paused. they need warmed up bk up accts to swap out and go back to collecting payments.

This thread is like a endless running gag ! A guy asks for a paypal account generator:
First he gets answers about paypal money generator
Then he's accused of carding
Then he's told this is private or doesn't exist, the reason being nor him or the person replying knows where to look (this beg the question of why did the person replied then)
Then a guy with 20 posts shows up from nowhere and claim to have one but for personal use but doesn't know how to use it
