I don't know how the moderation is made these days but for this service, they haven't reviewed anything whatsoever OR they provide the moderation team different blogs and quality.

The OP stated that:

• General related keywords as the domain name -> No. As an example, 1 domain is the name of a movie....in French!
• Extremely relevant-blogs were used -> No. For my link/topic half of them are not relevant. I mean I've got a site with Manga in the domain name.
• Highly relevant handwritten content -> No. The content is clearly not handwritten. Plus, almost all of them have more than 20% duplicate content according to Copyscape.
• General related ads will display in The sidebar -> Np. The sites don't have any type of display ads in the sidebar. The only sidebar advertisement is 1-2 links to online slots sites.
• Metrics >> DA 10 to 20+ Average -> Yes.

It was cheap, and I've got it even cheaper with a 50% discount. That's not the problem. The issue is the fact that you don't receive what the OP advertised. That's all.
