International Video Content On Facebook

Hey guys

I have a Facebook page where we post self produced video content and monetize with ad breaks. The videos all work without spoken language. At the moment we only have German fans but since the videos could also be interesting for an international audience we want to publish them also internationally. We tried to build new pages with an international audience with the same videos but Facebook never let's us monetize these new pages. We always get the "limited originality" flag altough we always change the speed and color grading of the videos.

Does anybody have an idea what we should do? Of course I could simply set up ads for the German page to get some international followers. The problem is the capitons of the posts are always in German. When we gain english speaking followers we would have to post in English. Maybe this would lead to a worse performance at our German audience...As far as I know you can't put different captions for different audiences on one posting. Another possibility would be to post each video twice. Once with German caption and once with English caption and then target the posts only to the people who speak English or German.

Does anybody have tipps or recommendations for us?

I haven't...but the thing is long term we won't produce new content for this international channel. Long term we will have to repost the videos that were already poosted on the German channel. So this wouldn't be a solution either.

what are your guys recommendations? I could also publish all content on one page and post every video twice. once I target english speaking people with it and once the german audience. what do you think would happen to the performance? one problem with this solution is I think when people go on the page, they will see all posts, right? so they will see german posts and english..

There I can also select some kind of targeting but this doesn't really work. It is more like "preferred" audience. I once tried to add USA, UK and Canada there but the video was still distributed in Germany.

How does proxy affect reach of targeted audience?
