Tried adding funds via Cryptonator LTC to my account a couple days ago and am still waiting for assistance to get the funds added to my balance.
 
Still haven't gotten competent support in terms of my LTC transfer, I've provided hash ID and everything yet I am being told the transfer was never received? I'm getting very impatient and hoping to resolve this issue ASAP

I am trying to fund beta.smspva.com and am unable to because no credit card processors work and the beta site does not have crypto option.
I instead credited smspva.com root domain but they said you can not use those credits to transfer to beta.smspva.com

Is smspva.com and beta.smspva.com two separate entities?

How can someone from the USA fund beta.smspva.com since crypto is not enabled and the only CC processor listed "Google Pay" does not work and gives error.


BTW The reason beta.smspva.com is needed is because it has "account store" for premade accounts while smspva.com no longer has this.

Write to support again. Get in touch with "Guru". Say you need an account store
 
Been using them for months, now for the first time I cannot add funds via credit card from Europe.

I guess I'll have to wait for Putin to stop.

Used to be good now it just sucks. So many re-used numbers, even thought it says "4000 in stock". "This number has been used too many times", it's just useless. And the support is garbage on the website, I can't believe some of the stuff they say.
