Circumventing Systems Policy Violations: Appeal

Hello,
Today, after 10 years of great job with my Google accounts, I got Circumventing Systems Policy Violations.

I sell white and black hat things, but I was never thinking to occur on such problem. So now last campaign was kind of "soft black".

What you advise:

Firstly change website of campaign and make more white as I can and send appeal? Or appeal with "my account was compromised"?

maybe you can try, but I have never seen google ads restoring an account banned for system circumvention,

I don't remember full details, it was during ban wave in march/aprill this year, i opened another account with same campaign under same gmail, which banned both accounts, i deleted new account, appealed that i'm sorry i didn't know what i was doing, and they restored main account 2-3 days later.
No idea if anyone even read that appeal.
It was 8 years old account with ad spend over $100k (during previous 3 months), hundreds of blackhat campaigns, i doubt it would survive real manual, you wouldn't find single ad sentence that wasn't misleading.
Anyway, it was restored, so it's possible

If you have Circumventing Systems Policy Violations in your accounts , don't waste your time with appeal form. unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about it

U can still get back on appeal even with circumventing. For example invoice accs i hv used will only get circumventing cause they cant write suspicious payment there. If your account has ran so many years with same camp and no recent changes it can be some adwords internal policy update. So u never know if u get it back or not.

maybe you can try, but I have never seen google ads restoring an account banned for system circumvention,

you should take a chance to appeal that account, i got multiple restoration about those account who got suspended due to circumventing, comparable to misrepresentation

i've had an account banned for using both Cyrillic and Latin script to try to avoid being banned a couple of years ago which got banned for circumventing policies, but got restored when i said i didn't know what i was doing

Some people have mentioned not to appeal incase of circumventing systems suspension. I have appealed circumventing systems suspensions and had some of those accounts unsuspended (reactivated). So, even incase of circumventing systems suspension, please do go ahead and appeal it. Make the appeal as detailed as possible. Ofcourse there is no human decision on appeals using the appeal form, it is all algorithms, however one of the appeal's decision factor the algorithms see is if the appeal is detailed.

Sometimes it takes longer than usual for appeal replies.
But consider my following actual real example :-
5 GAds accounts created and suspended and appealed on 1st Jan 2022 : All these 5 appeal replies came after 10 to 12 days.
5 GAds accounts created and suspended and appealed on 2nd Jan 2022 : All these 5 appeal replies came within 3 days.
So, delays in appeal replies in never constant or never in any set pattern.
They keep playing with their algorithms and hence the appeal reply time also fluctuates. Suspension form appeal replies are all algorithmic.
Make (fill) the appeal (form) as detailed as possible (the algorithms are programmed to like that).

Circumventing Systems doesn't happen randomly. It happened because you did some trick that google does not tolerate (domain already used, the card already used).

And fact that you run for 10 years a soft black hat niche doesn't mean you're immune to get ban.

Used cards wont get u circumventing and u can use same domains all over again.

You either messed up credit card or domain. IP is not a problem and people worry about this too much!

But, if account creation method is good (with whitehat campaigns), then appeal replies come in the positive (accounts reactivated) within 3 days. One can still (appeals included) have 70% to 80% accounts live ratio.

It doesn't exist an account creation method good, it exists only who is adding real information and who is adding fake ones. The one who add fakes will never win an appeal.

No, you can't, you will get banned again.
