You are correct. However, those who are selling Google Ads mostly prepaid accounts will usually mislead others by saying incorrect things about threshold accounts. Example , that member who in this thread says that if billing info is not real then one cannot win appeals ! ! ! I always use random names and random addresses and have had lots of accounts reactivated.

I'm working for people who don't want to play as you do. You may win an appeal with fake information and playing photoshop, but you can't go far this way. After spending $700/$2000, Google will ask for business verification, and you can't escape there, same after 6-8 weeks when they will ask for identity verification.

What is your goal? Get an account make ads for a total of $1000 in 6 months with your fakes warm-up trick of spending 2-5$ dollars per day before you need to throw them out?

I have clients spending even $2000 from day 1 on Google Ads with my accounts, and those people don't like to lose time but want a product that will just work with no issue.

Business is another thing, mate.

Some people lack knowledge of threshold Google Ads accounts. In threshold Google Ads accounts, example US Google Ads accounts, the entire US$350 threshold is spent by churners & burners , within 2 to 3 weeks and then we move on to the next threshold Google Ads account and so on. We do not bother about ID, etc verification, as even if when Google Ads asks for ID, docs verification, they give 30 days to submit the same. But, threshold accounts, we are done with each account within 30 days, so for threshold accounts, we do not have to bother about any ID, docs verifications.
Some sellers of prepaid Google Ads accounts are mentioning incorrect information about threshold Google Ads accounts , as they seem too desperate in their attempts to sell their prepaid Google Ads accounts.

So your business is chained on moving from one threshold to another every $350 spent? Every time burn domain, website, content, and remake all from zero? Awesome! I anyway prefer to go for Call Of Duty for playing.
 
People who know how to use threshold Google Ads accounts , use the same domain ( same content , same website ) in multiple threshold Google Ads accounts one by one account after account atleast 5 to 6 times and after that it is not a big deal at all - domain + website hosting with Namecheap is very cheap and content can be spinned and rewritten & edited a bit , in 10 minutes ( passes copyscape ) - So those who use threshold Google Ads accounts will continue to do so , as it is very much cheaper for them.

Pls stop the BS, how u can sell G Ads accounts when u dont hv even basic idea of G Ads. Let me sum up and maybe u can learn from it:
U dont hv to use new domain all the time, same domain works and u dont even hv to use domains/sites that u hv access, u can easily take random domain and run and "steal" traffic from there (if u know what to do, no hacking/cracking). It takes max 1 sec to do the trick.
Also from your earlier responses i can tell, people still use vcc-s successfully, even same vcc on multiple accounts. And yes, vcc on fresh accounts.
There r so much BS u talk about G Ads in last weeks which clearly means u hv no idea about G Ads.

He's just promoting his Gacc's for sale.
 
Check their policies, use working cloakers, test and test different campaign settings, sometimes the circumventing suspension doesn't even come from the campaign, it could be the account triggering due to previous suspensions.
