Incentive cpa traffic sources

The current website im using to generate incentive traffic just isn't enough anymore and I want more conversions.

I had a look at offertory adgem media, ayet studios etc

Most of them are not self serve which is annoying. But ayet studios is, only problem is they only allow promotion of apps not landing pages.
Does anyone know any incentive self serve advertisers with high traffic and allow websites?
