I tried vapping, i kept slipped to smoking again and again. I was smoking a pack(20) a day and couldn't figure out if i was vaping enough to replace smoking.
Someone told me why dont you go cold turkey for a week and see what happens.
It felt really really bad, I mean horrendous, 3 hrs sleep. All due to stopping smoking.
Thats what made me realize Its life or death situation.
Its been seven years since i quit, I feel healthier then ever before.
I hope vapping works out for you guys.
