Does anyone know if a Cloaker that actually works with RevContent?? Or could guide me in the right direction. Any help would be very much appreciated!!

i'm not familiar with revcentent, however you could try adding their IP ranges and if they have a bot that scans sites, add that user agent to an existing cloaker.
when you add a new domain, just check the webserver logs to see access from their end.
if they do manual checks, its a bit harder as you have to find reviewers IPs. if they come from a coorporate network its easier.
also wait until the ad is live before you start cloaking.

Unfortunately it doesn’t allow cloaking.
Cloaking is an aspect implemented outside an ad platform , it is implemented on the website or landing page. No ad platform allows cloaking , but people do it.
