Google search results are not picking the correct title and descriptions. These were changed almost a month ago, but google continues to show old title and meta. How do I make Google pick the latest title/meta. Attached are the screenshots describing my issue.

You can submit those pages in Google Search Console to reindex them. Be aware that if you overoptimized title and description google can replace them with their own.

Reindex the site url upon google webmaster tools in 48 hours , it would get an easy fixed !

You can optimize the title and description again, and submit the sitemap on the search console.

Also, share the links on social media platforms, Hopefully, you'll get results soon.

Yes resubmit URl through webmaster tools. Also be aware that Google have taken it upon themselves to rewrite titles of some posts as they see fit.

Clear your website cache then index your website hope this will work for you. Also, google changes Title and Description according to the search results.

1) re-save the post. 2) clear the database of drafts, 3) submit the link in google console if it doesn’t work not much you can do. Also which seo plugin are you using for meta if it’s yoast try another plugin

as long as you've submitted for re-indexing, you can only wait, or change to a "better" one again or try some way to make the page seemed more important / popular from Google's point of view.

my exp. is, if the page was important, popular, at higher rank, google loves it, or the updated content seemed much better, it will be re-indexed and updated in SERP soon, otherwise, it could not be updated even 1-2 months. Some of our modified page updated in SERP in 3 days, some even not updated till today.
For those long-time-no-update pages, we try to make it more popular/important.

On the other hand, Google sometimes "change" the title and description in SERP on the basis of search term, which means same page will be displayed different titles, descriptions.
