Hi, yes it is safe but it depends on the quality of the videos. I'd suggest spreading the watch time over a few different videos.
The usually price is $40 for 1k hours and $120 for 4k hour and 1000 subs.
Right now I can do that half price, $20 for 1k hours or $60 for 4k hours and 1000 subs.

Half the followers at first glance would appear real with multiple posts and at closer look each account had a few posts that were made 1 to 3 months ago.
Problem they were made ALL ON THE SMAE SINGLE DAY. 9 posts in 1 day< needless to say they were Aged accounts that looked real at first glance with little to no engagement.

Point #2
The majority of the second half of the followers (almost less than half) were real followers from India and looked real for all intent and purposes were real.

Point #3 The Concerns and Issues
I honestly have no issues. We all know what were are buying, its a quick boost that's relatively real enough to pass the Instagram algorithm.

The lack of points is due to the single day posting period for the aged accounts. The accounts dont look real at second glance but do at first glance

Finale Thoughts:
This would make a nice boost for a social platform or as a simple a mix to do with some Higher quality services. If all my followers looked like this Id be in a gray zone that could easily be called out by a normal person looking.

All the accounts I looked at seem "real". Some are private accounts, other have a couple of posts, some have a lot.
Some of the accounts have followers and others don't.

It is basically a mixed bunch that look the part and will quickly increase your Follower Count.

India, Random, Aged accounts (Need a little bit of work but over time will be fine)
The Follower Quality: 7.5/10 (Not bad but as stated can be a bit better)
Supply: 10/10 Fast Delivery

Finale Thoughts:
Nice for a quick boost but don't think you should do too many at one go. If there are higher quality followers available then go a bit bigger

Changes:
Don't deliver all the followers in one day. It looks funny having hundreds of people follow you in a matter of minutes then nothing.
