i know many people that get blocked, by using this tool the old method didnt work anymore seems like you need to pay for cheap workers to do those activity to avoid ban .
if you dont afraid to take this risk or get kind of shadow ban , cool down you can use those automated tool like Jarvee

Under the Home tab (house icon), you'll see a search bar at the top. Tap it. Facebook Messenger will then show you a small selection of bots it recommends (beneath a list of people you can start chats with). You can also use the search bar at the top of this screen to search for other available bots

Jarvee would be the no1 choice, failing that get a bot coded for you
might not be cheap though. choice in yours . good luck

As others have said, Jarvee would be the way to go. Haven't done this method in a while so not sure how much has changed, but have a good proxy and keep account balanced (don't go sending 500 messages a day, when you're only log in for less than an hour). Unless you're doing something specific and speed is more of a priority.

Otherwise microworkers or program/get your own bot to do this.
