As we know the more content you write "SEO friendly" the more you get ranked but this tool 'Error' recommend to decrease my content.

It's not an error.
I recall a test by Semrush or Backlinko (same thing nowadays) showing that you can improve ranking by actually decreasing your content. It is all about context and user-friendliness, not text length.

Very subjective, but I have seen and also had success with RankMath SEO and Yoast. There is also AllInOneSEO but I consider this to be after Yoast!

Depends on what you mean by 'best' and 'lightweight'.
I'd suggeststudiopress.com /themes/genesis/
Mainly because it is free and it got my website to 98+ on pagespeed insights.
generatepress is also good.
I run my website on a litespeed server for the best automatic optimization.

I didn't say txt length it's matter, and I mentioned that |more content you write "SEO friendly"| if there any Google update says "decreasing content it's term to rank" let me know
You should pay attention when you use any SEO tools or plugin ... cause No magic tool gonna gives you the right advice don't forget at the end it's a tool and you are human, you write for human like you not for bot, SEO tool they help yes but not 100% perfect.

If it's a new site, start with content creation & on-page SEO first.

On minification of certain JS Files, If it disturbs the working of other plugins, you can exclude its URL from minification.
