How to start a Wordpress developer team?

I notice many of my close people have want to create a website, including myself. I want to learn WordPress but I just don't have the time to learn. I want to provide a service with my own team.
Anybody have any tips on this? I know there's people om here that pay others like $2 to $3/hr to basically do everything and this is what I need.

Providing services for what you are not professional at usually ends up bad. I simply advise to learn WordPress, you don't need to become a pro, but you need to know what you are trying to sell.

This is not to start an agency of some kind, this is for me and my close families and friends. Many people have their assistants that do everything related to Wordpress for a couple $ an hour.
This is just to bring my ideas that I have in mind to life and also my close ones.

Whats so secret that you can not share the information here? You can not sell your service to OP since this is not a WTB or a HAF thread. It will be against the rules of this forum, you can only hope Mods are not finding any sales message in your PM.
