I m looking any paid or free method to index website URL before its indexed but now its deindex anyway to get back to index with any paid or free method or any website which provided such a service if possible kindly share your experience how you can index your pages fast indexing ?

for indexing its usually enough to submit the sitemap and send some backlinks. afterall thats what indexing software does too (send backlinks).
what also works well is to post the domain on a site that is in google news.

I am trying to index few articles on web 2.0. As I would not want to go with any paid services as of now, is there a way I can get them indexed?

- They are not linked with GSC.
- I have not created backlinks to internal pages or homepage.
- They are on Weebly n WordPress (dot) com
- I regularly post content.

Any helpful steps or suggestions are welcome.
