Blackhat is not illegal

You make a good point for Jobs / Apartments method.
But dating sites are dating sites. They get a membership as promised.
It might not be the best dating site in the world with 2 billion active women, so if they don't like it-- they can refund or not rebill.

A lawnmower and software are materialistic. There is no value to someone wanting to hook up and its not an item, its a thought/suggestion.
I could go to a club and bring a girl back to my house, the whole time she could be thinking "Omg im gonna be hooking up with a young baller" ... then as soon as her pants come off. I could say "Hmm.. Actually I don't want to". Even though she bought me 4 jager bombs and a couple shots of 151.. thats her fault. :)

senario 3

- you see an ad in the paper for a free lawnmower some guy's selling on CL.
- he makes you fill out a 'free credit report' to make sure you're 'not a criminal that's gonna rip him off'
- two weeks later, there's no lawnmower, the guy disappears, and your credit card was charged for a recurring service....for an item that never existed in the first place.

senario 4

- you see an ad on BHW for a software that will get your website to page 1 of google
- you give the guy $200
- he disappears with your money...no software...or it some freeware he got off of a torrent site.

i can go on and on, but i think the post here is that most ewhores are promising something in return for something. if you're gonna offer something, you better be ready to offer something ;)

:D

i think the idea here is that if you're gonna offer something to somebody, you better be ready to follow through.

getting somebody to fill out a credit offer, buy a watch, or do anything for you in exchange for a strip show isn't against the law (yet)

as long as you give them a strip show....or give them what you promised to give them

I think the problem is (and correct me if I'm wrong) that when you do ewhoring on CL using a network such as CU you ask the person to verify their age "for free" or whatever the hell you're asking, in order to get the phone number or the person's contact information to hook up at a later time. After the person signs up, he will obviously see that the site he signed up with is not a dating site but a porn site (Problem 1) and a few days down the road he will also realize that the site was not in fact free (Problem 2)

eWhoring like that can bring some serious trouble.... well at least according to what we have heard (or read in this case).....but eWhoring someone and offering them say a web cam show is a completely different matter, or at least that's what I think because you're not deceiving the person as far as what he is actually getting and if the site you're promoting doesn't actually charge the person a few days on the road then I don't see how this kind of promotion could be considered illegal. I mean the only deception going on with this method would be that you would tell the person that you are a female when you're not but if the day comes when telling such lie becomes illegal then G-d help us.... G-d help us all!!!

So yeap Tonlilaz .... I see your point.....and nope I am not going to misinterpret the whole "you have to follow through" argument.....lol

Let's be real here.

The whole process of e-whoring is perfectly legal, until you reach the last step : the hookup.

If there's no hookup, it's fraud.

So yes, e-whoring is fraud, but the chances of getting into legal trouble are 0.0001%

Of course, there is no hookup or girl, but it is incredibly hard to prove if there really is a girl in the backend. You could always say it was your girlfriend who wanted to do the hookup.

I highly doubt the government or any federal agency is up to something with e-whoring/CS because it would be hard to prove you guilty, plus it is not worth the efforts when there are other people to worry about (carders, hackers, etc.).

However, the FTC is cracking down on rebills, so that is something to watch out for.

I think this is a good change. Discussions regarding e-whoring were getting rather big on BHW, hopefully we will see more discussion on other topics while the e-whoring section takes a rest.

There are so many other ways to earn a living, it's not worth getting yourself into trouble over. That's not a judgement, I just wouldn't want anyone to get in trouble over this shit and I'm guessing the admins have the same thought in mind for removing these sections.

To me blackhat is like cutting in line when the other person walk out to take a piss. Don't you all agree?

If law enforcement went after ewhores it would only be to get at the networks, they aren't interested in the little guy making bank pretending to be a woman. They would go after the network paying him to do it.

racist comment: You dont have to be black to be called blackhat.... nah just playing.

If the Feds are into us, then we have to be careful. my 2 cents

Well IMO on the ewhoring problem in a nutshell is this: Some folks have taken things to a whole new level..no longer are they simply supplying the drunk horny guy with a fantasy of a strip tease or more explicit showing via the internet they are promising/implying by signing up for x site that they are some hottie chick and will do whatever with said horndog..The guy signs up and realizes his card got charged $40, mmkkay $40 no big deal guy thinks, until he gets his cc statement and sees its not just the $40 charge there are ZOMG 3,4, or even 5 different charges for various sites hes never seen or heard of..and in the end he is chewing out his card company for fraud charges and cancels his cc...Add to that the marketing efforts used by some folks using this "method"..marketer thinks "ohh quick money" so he/she pulls pics from the net not having a clue who they belong to, with no authorization from the hottie chick, doesnt know the age of the girl, and doesnt care..now marketer posts ads on various sites for said girl and gets replies..rinse and repeat cc fraud...now the huge issue with this is 2257 compliance, if you dont have verification that said girl is 18 with her state issued photo id on file in your house you are looking at alot more trouble then cc fraud..umm yeah the governement DOES take that VERY seriously..if the girl is 17 lying on myspace that shes 19, your in a world of hurt..and it really DOES NOT matter if they are nude pics or not, if you have pics on your computer that are NOT of your family members but under the age of 18 you better be able to prove the connection lest you become somebodys bitch in the state pen. AND lets not forget all those very talented, creative people who developed programs to harvest emails from cl, the spam laws are very very real. But the #1 issue as I see it with bhw's section is there are to many kids with access to it and doing it..alot of these "hookup" networks dont require any type of age verification and IF by any chance the powers that be start poking around, even for tax purposes..it is discovered that minors are involved in this industry AT ALL people are going to jail for a looooong time, every single affiliate WILL be investigated even if it takes 10 years..parents of these kids will be harrased by social services and quite possibly brought up on charges themselves..

Sad truth, the legality doesnt matter..this "method" should not be detailed out on a public forum..to much backlash to be had

good point, the problem i see with ewhoring is taking a picture.. however what about taking pictures that were already posted on big porn forums with 100k views.. some guy posted em so its not like u stole it.. so how come that guy isnt in trouble?

By the way you got it completely 100% wrong.. 2257 only applies to pictures which depict sexual content.. source:

Remove xx

Also this isnt credit card fraud, at worst its deceptive billing.. credit card fraud is billing someone out of nowhere, the terms are 100% on the site, outlining the billing terms, same way every other free trial offer on networks bill customers.. so i guess they are all committing credit card fraud

Honestly would YOU want to take the chance of posting ads of a minor? I mean really..It may be legal in your pov but why chance it? aren't there lines we just shouldnt cross no matter how tempting the money is?
AND
No, they are not on the site if they are being cross sold by a ton of different sites. Guy signs up for 1 site he never sees the TOS for other sites he gets signed up for.

Yes, and those terms apply to QB porn sites only, not DateSafe Age Verify site iframed over QB porn site.

Have I ever intentionally used pictures of a girl who was not 18? No. Have I ever unintentionally used pictures of a girl who was not 18? Maybe, Maybe not, I guess no one really knows. If I did, they were not sexually explicit photos. It's a fine line, but not illegal (see jessica biel in gear magazine, 17 at the time of the photos, but perfectly legal). So if there are legal issues with ewhoring, the pics I use would be of the least of my concern (but I no longer ewhore, so it doesnt matter).

thats why you use pics of a girl who looks at least 25+, even better middle aged

actually every biller form ive ever seen, BC,CU,etc have the terms RIGHT THERE, heres example: this is qb's:

Says right there what they are signing up for, also every other biller has full terms

why did ya stop?

why did ya stop?

I was doing manual postings (but auto responding) when I started in it. Got involved trying other projects and then I got my CL poster on full auto, I started running some other methods full time. I was actually just going to get back into the ewhoring when this whole situation arose.

I may be mistaken, but I think everything thats going down involves much more then just ewhoring, it involves credit reports, acai, everything....not sure why the sole focus of this thread has become on ewhoring....I as well as others are still waiting to find out what the Mods and admin obviously know....they have stopped things and taken things down to protect us, but from what is the question

are the other methods profitable? sucks the most profitable ventures are always the shadiest, like credit report method, apartment method, etc..

They were....but they fall under what you listed above, so I've taken a break from that. :(
