It won't affect your channel in anyway, but I noticed that some buyers of YouTube channels like to see it all clean, and so a warning can affect the value or price of your channel if you plan to sell it.

The only way it can be removed is if that warning is eligible towards being appealed AND you make an appeal AND the appeal result is in your favour. Otherwise it will remain.
