I'd like to alert for all users who are interested in buying these accounts, I've bought from him before with no problem, but the latest purchase was the biggest one with a value of $1800, he said 2 days ago that I would receive the accounts in a couple of hours, then the next day he said he had issues and that same day he said I would receive it again in a couple of hours and PROMISED I would receive the accounts when I woke up. I woke up TODAY, with no accounts received and no response or anything from BulletSEO.

I'm getting more and more suspicious he is pulling an exit scam, at the very least he could've let me know that I wouldn't actually receive them after I woke up. But no, I've heard nothing from him.

I see he offers a refund after 3 days, I should be eligible for one in 8 hours. I'm not looking for one right now because I need the accounts

Also, what about BH campaigns? What are the limitations?
 
I have been constantly buying accounts from him for the last 10 days, and in the beginning accounts were running smoothly, and prices were normal. He doubled the prices and starting selling me shitty quality accounts, which would get banned before even spending $50. One of the orders of 20 accounts, he sent me 7 of them already suspended, and he said he will replace them for 3 days now. 2-3 Days ago I ordered the last badge, an order of $800, and he just kept lying from that point on, "will be done in few hours", "will be done in the morning", and other things. Today he responded once to me and said he is facing problems, but I am also suspecting an exit scam since he is providing shitty quality accs now and probably many other customers have issues and complaining to him. Now he hasn't responded to my messages even though I texted him several times and he was online on Telegram. Be careful for now!

No, he said he would give me a refund in 24 hours if he can't deliver, might just be another lie so he can keep "selling" to other users.

He used the same excuses to me, I just hope he is actually facing problems. He claimed he now has better accounts and that the accounts before were bad.

I'm still positive as he still responds at least a couple of times per day, but maybe that's just a facade to make it more believable that he is actually going to deliver.
