How can I find a good niche?

I believe I've been overthinking my niche selection for a niche site I'm planning to start, It's been 2 months and I feel like I have done nothing and every time I find a decent niche I find a fault in it then keep looking for other niches, I know I shouldn't do it but I just can't help it. Did anyone have any similar experiences and knows how to just pick a niche and get started without overthinking?

All you do is this workout as best as possible how much money do you need to invest to make money from that niche which can be done by picking the right Affiliate able to pay you enough to get your target amount of money for example say it's $1000 sales per month then if you can find an Affiliate which pays you $100 sales per commission means $100 times 10 =$1000 gives you target sales then you workout how much hosting you need per month such as say $20 per month and say $10 domain cost and other ones then workout the rest of the sums then it's done for you .

You could also if you want just pay someone to help pick you a niche as well or do key research for you

Instead of vlogging about only mainstream fighters, the guy makes videos around amateurs and less popular guys as well, in a growing sport. A lot of these LFA fighters have a KD of 0 for their full name, so 1 high quality video around them will rank on Google and YouTube easily.

He's 2 months in, good upload schedule and getting plenty of organic growth.

This guy will likely be making bank in 12 months because he's doing everything right.

Funniest of all? The guy probably doesn't even understand IM. He's not out there making stupid content around "how to pick a blender for your kitchen" or random shit. He's just a hustler.

you've wasted too much time, man. In general, a good niche is a niche that you can rank in, fast and without headaches, with the resources (time, money, and patience) you have available at your disposal. Oh, and it also needs to be a niche in which people spend money, otherwise you'll have a hard time monetizing it.

Just choose one niche that piques your interest, throw it into Ahrefs (or any keyword tool that you like) to find a few good keywords to structure your site around, create and publish some content around those keywords, have the content indexed, build some links to it when it gets indexed and stabilizes in the rankings, and you're done!

In general, you will want to focus on niches in these HUGE markets, as this is where people spend most of their money in, and these markets also get traffic around the clock so you'll never run out of traffic or keywords to write content on:

- finance
- health & fitness
- education
- pets
- business
- medical
- relationships
- technology
- travel
- self help / self improvement

Although... be careful with the medical / business / travel / finance niches as they are very competitive, so you'll have to really nail your keyword research to find a niche in these industries that is untapped yet

Every niche has its pros and cons, so you won't find the perfect one. Just focus on what you know and what you think will work for you. Because picking it is the easy part, but performing well and creating good content is the hard part.

Just select something you like and do some research based on it.
If you can't do that, then just google "niche list" and read through and pick something you find interesting.

Generally niches which pertain to health, relationships & finance (making money, earning money) are evergreen niches.

I understand that finding a good and relevant niche that can be profitable is a pretty demanding task, so I can understand that you're feeling frustrated even in some way as you didn't manage to find the perfect one yet. But, be persistent and do some more thorough digging, analyze current trends, look at competitors, find gaps, see what people would like to read about and that doesn't have enough content, research the market in detail in which you would like to orientate your business on. All these activities will help you make a right decision much easier.
