I would have happily sorted this out for you without you needing to post in capital letters in my thread. I got your email, your Skype msg and didn't take your Skype phone call as I don't accept calls via Skype. I don't need clients like yourself to create more stress than what is needed. It would have been a simple fix to get you a proxy from a different ISP, but your post pushed me to decide to cancel our relationship.
All my proxies are in the USA, the database you were using as a reference was using the abuse email address location which has nothing to do with the proxy whatsoever.
I'm exercising my right to terminate your account as per my terms and conditions, specifically "We reserve the right to cancel any account at any time for any reason - if you don't agree, don't sign up!"
I have provided a refund less the PayPal fee as per our terms and conditions that you agreed to when signing up - https://maxproxies.com/terms.php
You will need to find another proxy provider.

I cannot provide 1k shared proxies, most I can provide is 150 shared data center proxies. You are unable to select subnets for any of my shared packages, sorry.

OK, I get it. Frankly speaking, sock5 proxy is more stable after being used for more than 1 year however more expensive. It may depend on a different use cases to select the right type.

As clearly stated in our OP "we don't offer specific states or city locations" and also clearly stated in the FAQ on our site "Whilst our proxies are US based, We do not provide proxies in specific cities or states."

Residential proxies = data center proxies with 0 anonimity for him!
If you want residential proxies look for another one because
he send you easily detectable datacenter proxies with 0 anonimity.
Also be aware for the 3 day refund because he takes approx 24 hours to send you the proxy
+ he takes advantage of the time zone shifts so you have approx 24 hour to trial the proxy and you'll get less money back.
