This is a no-brainer opportunity to me, to use for a money site. Or to redirect to your site (there are a few people on this forum selling "aged domains" for redirect, to boost your main site).
None of them have a DR 68 available for sale.
By redirecting the domain to your site, a lot of the DR (domain authority) is passed to your site. A redirection means that a website moved to another domain (your site), and the authority is passed along. That's why a lot of people are buying domains like this, these days, to boost their own website using another website authority.

You're right. The domain has most of the backlinks as footer links. The same for .edu. It looked like it was dev/webdesign agency.
Also, it has a 27 DA, 508 RD and 797,275 backlinks (~400k nofollow).
