Interested. However, if the metrics and link profile are inflated because of footer links as is the case with most wordpress/theme domains, then this domain isn't worth it's salt. If that is not the case, please shoot me a PM. Thanks!

What I can say is that I don't get to see a domain with these metrics very often, so I wouldn't say either way is worthless. It can have multiple uses. Thanks!
