Summary
This VCC service has been tested by the marketplace moderation team to ensure that it meets the standards for the marketplace. The VCC was delivered with the VCC number, expiration date, and a three-digit security code.

Information For Buyers:

Can i also use that reloadable vcc to pay on other sites? is it also possible to receive refunds from other sites back to the vcc?
Im asking because i want a similiar provider like revolut for instance but a site that im using blocks revolut BINs.

It works on other sites but not all sites as it depends on the merchant. It can receive refunds if its deducted from the card.
 
hi mate, there are several account with that email on skype, which one is the real one? Interested mate.
