For our streaming our policy for refunds says we will refund if we can not deliver or start the order as for YouTube we give further guarantees, we say; if we do not deliver or if it drops we give full refunds.
Also our views are not from panels we do them directly as our streams and any other service we do offer.
Apple Music take downs can happen after the updates and Rolling Stones article that come out and anybody knows this, it’s absolutely impossible for anybody in this business to give Apple Music streams that are risk free from a take down and that’s especially the case when the artist has low organic streams.
We only give guaranteed no take down risk streams for other services including Spotify but still if the artist is a new artist we do set limits which if they not get accepted by our clients we will not take any responsibility for anything that can happen.
I don’t have to offer you any credit or anything else but I still offered you free Spotify streams worth of your Apple order that unfortunately got take down.
I offered you Spotify streams just because I wanted to be nice but I won’t start a special campaign for you that is unpaid, I was willing to bundle your stuff with a new big order so I won’t have huge costs myself if you can’t wait I’m sorry dude.

He’s pissed that some of his Apple Music songs has been taken down. Everybody who knows this Industry knows that Apple Music take downs can happen anytime if you don’t have strong organics there.
I can’t go into detail and share information that isn’t for the public but Apple Music streams where made in a limited way which was absolutely ok since Apple wasn’t after this but there where lots of press and exposing articles around lately like a rolling stone article about this industry and also other stuff that forced Apple to react and now it’s basically impossible to guarantee a song won’t be taken down if the artist isn’t a top artist.
With Apple music that’s not just for me the case but for everybody in this business that’s why I always tell my clients about it and they decide if they want to do Apple or not.
