I wanted to open a shit list about your service but changed my mind after seeing how you handle complains. You handle all the issues professionally and matually.

But I want to know that your staff attending customer tickets are the most irresponsible lot I have ever come across. They are so rude and unprofessional.

I tried to deposit money using crypto currency, I sent the uncompleted amount because of the exchange withdrawal fees. It has been 3 days now your representatives on smm.net have failed to give me a meaninful reply.

I lost my client because of the unprofesssinal attitude of your staff in handling customers complain.

Kindy look into the issue and resolve it asap. You already had few thread in shitlist. I dont want create another one, as it is bad for your business.
