Can I get charged for copyright infringement for this?

I recently created a new opt-in freebie(ebook) for a new email campaign for a brand new type of audience.

Since there were almost no free PLR's available on the internet in that niche, I decided to search amazon for some books which I can use as inspiration.
Found a couple, downloaded them for free from some sort of free digital library website, and put together an 18- page ebook.
The fact that they have copyright protection didn't surprise me.

I tried my best to spin and rewrite as much of the content as possible but I simply felt like there was no way to get a 0% plagiarism score on that ebook because it's a drill ebook (I'm in the sports niche). There was simply no way to rewrite the steps explanations of some certain drills cause they wouldn't have made sense anymore if I did that.
I still get like 10-12% plagiarism score with Quetext.

In my opinion, it's very likely that people who read the original book where I took the information from could figure out that the information is copied.

Anyway, what I plan to do with this ebook, is to give it as a freebie to email list subs.

Now my question is: Should I worry that at some point someone from the publishing company will discover this and accuse me of copyright infringement?

They can't sue you even if it was 90% plagiarism as long as you did not take any of their photos, put their name into it, or did such things... And even if they would be able to sue you they won't since it would cost them more to sue you than they would gain from you.

And before everything as long as they did not submit their book to organizatiosn that verify that oyu are owner to make it copyrighted etc they wont be able to prove that you copied them.
