Yeah they are manually added within 12 hours, in most cases within minutes. What is your paypal transaction id. I don't see any 500 credit order from a new account. We got them from old clients though.

The free 25 credits were not given because you didn't provide your Linkdexing username. There is a process to follow which is clearly mentioned in the sales page and many times in my post. You need to signup to Linkdexing, provide your Linkdexing username and claim 25 free credits as review copy.

Regarding your order, Firstly you ordered 100 credits and Not 500 credits so don't mislead. Secondly, in your order, you provided wrong Linkdexing user/email. I can't add credits to the account that don't exist. This is clearly your fault and was explained to you in your email. The credits has been added to your account now.

When you contact us (email, helpdesk,PM) you must allow us 24 hours to respond specially during weekends as we live in different part of the world. You being very Unprofessional buyer.

Yes my mistake, ordered 100 not 500. Does it matter???
Secondly, I ordered via my existing user/email but pay via different PayPal email. So you should track, not everyone create accounts with their PayPal email.
I was logged when ordered, so you must know who's ordering.

You are not required to create account with the paypal email. But you are required to provide correct linkdexing user/email in the order form to process the credits. The form ask for your Linkdexing user/email, amount of credit you want to purchase before sending to paypal. You provided wrong linkdexing user/email that doesn't exist. How can I transfer credits to an account that doesn't exist. If you are still not ready to accept this mistake, it is fine. I am not here to argue.

You purchased credits but provided wrong linkdexing username in the order form
You purchased 100 credits but lied on bhw that you purchased 500 credits.
