KW finder: 16800 and 41 kd
SEMrush: 27k and 72% kd

"Allintitle" shows 12500 results and top 10 results are marketplaces. Keyword is NOT there in title, meta, h1, url in any of those sites.

Is it okay to go for?

If I were you, I will follow this advice, unless you are willing to wait a few months or up to a year before ranking in the top 10. I can bet the top 10 are filled with aged websites with powerful metrics. There are much better keywords with less competition.

As the top 10 are marketplaces and the keyword is not in title, I suggest you go to the second page and check how hard and how long those sites trying to be on page one to decide.

You're ignoring the most important detail here. Google considers the keyword as product keyword and it'll give priority to e-commerce sites and Marketplaces. Moreover, top 10 sites have high authority. Everything else is secondary for such keywords.
