It is same like in conversation and telegram.
I want refund me $650 or banned him.

Hello. @Tlermear contacted me trough my https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/wtb-aws-accounts-with-high-limits.1388477/post-15054352 stating that he had what I was looking for (hyperlink on the WTB post, for you to confirm). After some back and forth on telegram, we decided on 400$ for the deal, I've sent the money and he stopped answering me immediatly.



I attached a screenshot of the final part of the conversation, where you can clearly see that he scammed me. His telegram is correct, since he left on the thread post:

i recorded the conversation video with his username

It's Very Unfortunate to Open a SL against a Jr.VIP member (Every Jr.VIP or other members of BHW, should understand the Power this Membership, so that they can Earn good and scamming some one could do no good to them , In longterm they destroy them selfs)

That Jr.VIP member is Tlermear. I supplied him an AWS SES Ireland region account with 50k limits after seeing his WTB thread ( https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/wtb-aws-ses-50k.1410179/)

After delivering the account I waited about 16 Hours for the payment. later I got doubt and searched this forum and he already got SL thread on His name. ( https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/tlermear-scam-me-650.1388990/ )
He simply deleted all Telegram conversations and blocked me. With this I clearly understood He scammed me. Fortunately I took screenshots of the conversations before he deleted it.

I Kindly request Moderators of BHW to ban him immediately so that he can't scam more people.

it was a thread on cash app account,
i paid 150 USD and since about a week now, he is gone, i knew it was a scam since he never delivered as he promised ( he had told me the account was ready) for instant delivery
all messages were deleted on tg by him
but i took screen shots
