I came here to say I love the fast support, but this service is unreliable. They did good for about 10 days recently, but there is so much downtime. I mean, literally almost every day there is downtime.
The IP rotation settings do not work and are completely non-functional. The setting in the dashboard has zero impact on your rotation times. They should just remove that feature from the dashboard since it is totally non-functional.
I stick around for the ISP level filtering and the reasonable prices, but reliability is not great. You can be right in the middle of an important task and lose connectivity for like an hour.
Soax just had like 7-10 days of good performance. I figured maybe they fixed whatever was wrong. But this morning I lost connectivity for like 30 mins. If that's the only time today this happens, I will be happy.
Soax.. please fix the following things:
I'm certain that running a proxy service is not easy. I know there are lots of technical details that us mere users do not understand.
So pretty please, with a cherry on top, become just slightly more reliable.

Soax.. please fix the following things:
- IP Rotation: Let us hold IPs for 600 seconds as the dashboard says. I know your support will say, "If the IP goes offline it is going to rotate to another IP no matter what." But I think it's not likely that every single IP in my geos goes offline upon every couple requests. I think a more likely scenario is that your rotation settings are non-functional. Prove me wrong please.
- Connectivity: For whatever reason, your service goes offline all the time. I mean, I know you can say, "There aren't any IPs in your geo at the moment" or "Try broadening your filters" which are good responses, but when I broaden to USA only, I still can't connect when the system is down.
