No debt. Never been in debt. Never will be (hopefully). Most people are debt-ridden because of their own life choices.
I even self-sponsored my education through my IM ventures.
People buy too many things that they don't need. Bigger house, bigger car, latest iphones. Idiots of the highest order.

Define debt. If you borrow money from bank to invest in new equipment so you can do better work that's investment from my point of view. But if you want to borrow money to buy a new car/laptop/phone/house while you already have suitable/working one - its stupidity.

Also, if you need bigger house why not try to swap it for another location/size/etc.?

Same goes for almost everything.

About 30k. It's a home loan. I could pay it off instantly, but it makes no sense to lol. I would rather pay emi and save on tax.
