I know what u mean and agree! but part of me knows that you gotta try and spend (enjoy) your money while you're young, not 70. And yes people take it too far totally agree.

Is that a mortgage or other debt?

Sometimes debt is not a bad thing. Many years ago in the UK I used to buy company vehicles on finance, because the tax benefits were in my favour, as an example.

currently have no debt.
BUT, as soon as I will start real estate I will hope to be in 250M debt in about a decade
