You can one of your videos as ads for google ads, that's how I made most of my subs. Lots of guides on youtube about how to do this, but this require that you have money to use for ads

Work hard. When you have 50+ videos on the channel then you can start seeing good results.
It all depends on what topic you have. If you have huge competition you will have big problems. It’s hard to have such a video to throw the top 5 in the search engine. I work with little competition. This is very important for a beginner.
