Hi, I did setup a FB-Insta promotion as a test to sell certain products from a dropshipper. It turned out well as it was primarily within the friends circle, so now I am looking to scale the model but facing severe issues in 1 area.. When the delivery person calls the Customer to ask for the exact location he says "I am calling from XYZ Dropshipper and I have a parcel for you.." now for my customer my brand is what he ordered from.. hence a natural reply comes as "I didn't order anything from XYZ Dropshipper".

The order being Cash on Delivery is impacting the conversion. How to solve this?

Why dont you get the guy to say he has a delivery from your brand instead of just a parcel?

Cause this delivery guy is a random guy from the delivery partner and I think the dropshipper is using his own delivery channel as a means to optimize the channel costs. Practically I have zero control over -

1. the packaging type (plastic / box)
2. the delivery man's speech

The dropshipper seems to be in a win-win situation where once the customer hears he/she can realize the source I am dropshipping from..

You have answered your own question then.

Shift to suppliers you do have control over.
