Next week will be 3 months in since I paid and signed a contract that allows them to drag this on as long as possible. They told me TAT would be 1 month but I keep getting "next week". "Our supplier is backed up." "FB and IG rebranded so rules have changed." So far I have 1 PR piece out.

I went 50% payment first (6k) and would like to back out since I have found cheaper alternatives that promise faster TAT but they wouldn't let me. They claim that they have submitted my articles that costs 6.5k. Ok so I won't be getting any of my 6k back provided that these pricey articles actually show up.

I am being held hostage. They will not let me pull out for services that are not completed. I have clearly stated I no longer want to proceed with my verification services with them as it's been way beyond the advertised timeline with so little visible progress. I am being forced to pay the remaining 6k no matter what for services that are not yet performed.

Even if they complete everything in the next 2 weeks, it is not worth the anxiety, higher than market rate, huge opportunity costs, slow and unyielding communication.

I made my first payment Oct 6, 2021. So we're effectively 4 months in.

I did get my account falsely disabled (impersonation even though it's me) for 2 weeks in Jan. Latest update is that IG submission will be done on Feb 16. So maybe another week after that.

My contract was for both IG and FB but they asked me for my account and password for self-submission on FB. I was not made aware of this when I signed up.

They won't allow me to drop out and will escalate legal battles if I switch providers. So I'm stuck playing the waiting game.

Communication is lacking. That Telegram in the OP is inactive (see attached). I have his phone number but he rarely responds to texts. He said he'd give me his Discord but that was 2.5 weeks ago. I tried calling him but it would go straight to voicemail.

it's called scheduling we have a lot of clients and I will openly post a photo of our portal if asked. This person has been banned numerous times and was denied on his first submission. It's taking longer then expected to get him done due to his multiple bans in which we had to accommodate. We take pride in our customer satisfaction, we own a talent management company and have been inactive on the forums due to the elevated increase in previous volume and our current duties. Everyone who has placed an order has been badged besides this user (which we are currently working on resolving) we have been in constant communication with this person despite their claims.
