By CC I think only on Exchanges. In my country you can buy by CC and then buy USDT or whatever you want to buy

I actually dont want to use p2p market due to my county high black market exchange rate so its kind very cheaper if i can buy it with a credit card or if i can buy it from a seller outside my country
